1018 Florida is a new building located at 1018 Florida Ave NE in the Trinidad subdivision. While its legal locatoin is Trinidad, it echoes the style and finishes often seen in the U Street area. The building is built around a central courtyard giving every unit in the building two sides of windows, one on the interior and one facing out. The units feature 2 large bedrooms with private baths, stainless steel appliances, hardwood floors, great closet space. Many of the units have private decks and the roof has a deck overlooking much of Capitol Hill.
