The recently completed Juniper House condominiums constitute a stunning re-use of a beautiful late 1880’s Victorian villa. Prior to its current incarnation, the mansion had been used as a church; at some point, the church gave the place pretty awful 60’s/mod addition, which thankfully is no more. Zahn Design provided the vision for the renovation, and Nicol Living redeveloped the property. The eleven unit boutique building was originally priced from $350k to $750k.
