The Wyoming, located in the heart of Kalorama, just off from the corner of Columbia Rd NW and Connecticut Ave NW was built in 1910.  The building’s 108 units originally started selling in the early 90’s priced from the low $100’s to the upper $700’s.  While the condominium fees in the building are relatively high, they include elevator, on site maintenance, and full-time security. 

Most floors in the building have high ceilings, original hardwood floors, historically expected foyer-entrances, updated kitchens with granite & stainless steel appliances, great light, views and a 24 hour front desk - a rare find in DC.  The lobby is one of the more impressive ones in the city.
