Formerly known as the Absecon, this 21 unit building was purchased from a foreclosure sale from Adams Bank. UIP, or Urban Investment Partners, begun renovations immediately and will convert the building to 24 units over the course of a year. Urban Investment Partners is owned by the same principal as Drummond Development. This said, given the history of the company, expect wonderful things for the Shelby.
